Advanced Reflexology
The feet are often the most underrated, under appreciated and ignored parts of the body.
I use various methods of reflexology to bring balance to the whole body as well helping you learn to take care of your feet.
My aim is to help you improve your overall health through your feet.

Orthopaedic Reflexology
Influenced by the orthopedic training of Spiros Dimitrakoulas, this treatments works the muscles, bones and connective tissues of the feet and lower leg to address issues of the feet as well as applying various systems of reflexology knowledge to affect the systems of the body.
Orthopedic reflexology aims to release what is restrictive and improve tone to what is weak, working with the wisdom of Hippocratic health of Ancient Greece.
This treatments is particularly suitable for sports people at all levels.
Aroma-Reflexology
As well as being highly effective for physical ailments, essential oils works with the emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of the person. Using a pendulum we gather information from your auric field. The pendulum then matches this frequency to the essential oils available and chooses the most beneficial for the time.
You will leave with a small jar of your personal blend to use at home.

Metamorphosis Therapy
Developed from reflexology, this modality works through the spinal reflex of the feet. The spine holds the central nervous system; the central nervous system holds our memories within the body. Through this work we can release conscious and unconscious patterns that have taken their home within our systems. These patters may have developed throughout any part of our life, from conception to the present day. The experience may be subtle or deep. Some clients require only one session, others prefer regular sessions. I follow your lead.
Facial Reflexology
Also developed from zone therapy, facial reflexology is the application of pressure on specific points of the face to support the physiological systems of the body.

Facial and foot reflexology can be combined.

Rexflexology sessions can also incorporate some of the following therapeutic techniques. We will discuss what techniques might be used prior to our sessions.

Cranial Nerves
Using tools such as a Thai Reflexology Stick I work through the reflex areas of the feet relating to the cranial nerves to bring balance to your nervous system.

Toe Technique
This relaxation technique developed in Brazil is said to completely relax and release the nervous system. I may sometimes use this technique following a 'traditional' reflexology treatment, or as a stand alone treatment followed by 'savasana' relaxation.

Marma Point Reflexology
Using the marma points of Ayurvedic medicine. Following a reflexology session I will apply pressure to specific marma points with the aim of releasing 'stuck' energy within the foot and body.
