A traditional reflexology treatment. By applying pressure to various areas of the feet we reach into different organs, systems, muscles and bones of the body. Through the feet we can ignite the body’s innate healing wisdom.

Influenced by the orthopedic training of Spiros Dimitrakoulas, this treatments works the muscles, bones and connective tissues of the feet and lower leg to address issues of the feet as well as applying various systems of reflexology knowledge to affect the systems of the body.

Orthopedic reflexology aims to release what is restrictive and improve tone to what is weak, working with the wisdom of Hippocratic health of Ancient Greece.

In addition to working a regular reflexology treatment, a bespoke blend of oils is chosen for the client, applied to a cream and worked into the feet when applying the reflexology techniques. You will leave with a small jar of this cream so you can continue to benefit from this treatment at home.
