All yoga is therapeutic and healing for the mind, body and spirit. However there is a difference between a yoga class and a yoga therapy session.
A common misconception about yoga is that it is all about stretching, physical movement and exercise and you can only take part if you are flexible or sporty enough. Yoga is much more than physical practices and empowers and strengthens people of any level - whether you are just starting out or know exactly what you are doing.
Yoga therapy provides many different options - from preventative and restorative yoga to help the body heal and restore balance to curative and palliative yoga.

“If you can breathe, you can do yoga.” (Krishnamacharya).
