After a successful 2021 event I am delighted to have been invited back to the July 2022 The Thinking Pianist retreat hosted by Cheltenham Ladies College. As Wellbeing Co-ordinator I will offer group yoga and restorative therapy practices as well as tailored wellbeing therapies for each participant. Additional wellbeing practices such as Tai Chi, Alexander Technique and Feldenkrais Method will be available for experienced practitioners.

The Thinking Pianist Retreat, July 2021
A summer “retreat” in the heart of the Cotswolds in which participants can immerse themselves in playing, practising and rehearsing, attending concerts and talks and sharing the whole experience with like-minded course members. Daily yoga, meditation, and yoga therapy as well as other holistic practices on offer for all attendees. |

Longlands, September 2019
A yoga holiday of twice daily yoga practice, time to explore the surrounding areas, to be with friends, or enjoy time alone in nature.
We practiced, we made fires, we paddle boarded, we sat in the hot tub and we laughed. We laughed a lot.
Food was wholesome, welcome and gratefully received.

Just to say a big thank you on what was a wonderful experience at Longlands. From start to end, I enjoyed every moment.
The yoga was wonderful, I loved it.
It was a beautiful setting, so calming and relaxing. It was something for everyone. All of it exceeded my expectations.
