- You will learn 10 simple steps in 12 weeks (repeated 3 times throughout the year)
- Then we dive into deeper understanding of each step, adding new skills into your daily routine
- All courses include individual sessions to home into what is the best approach for you, based on your lifestyle, age and constitution
- All sessions are recorded, so you can catch up on any theme you’ve missed
