Yoga Therapy
Individual Yoga Therapy
experience a healing journey, a way for your body and mind to connect. It can help treating specific symptoms and health conditions as well as restoring a holistic approach to your wellbeing.
Yoga Therapy may include yoga asana, restorative yoga and yoga nidra.
Essential Oil Therapy
Together we develop a bespoke blend of essential oils to connect you with your intuitive body to enable you to become your own healer. Oils connect you with your physical, mental, emotional or wisdom body depending on what you need at any given time.
Sound Therapy
A personal or small group sound healing session using the Tibetan Singing Bowls, and where possible other instruments such as drum, rainstick and koshi bells.

Massage & Reflexology
both systems are born from ancient philosophical ways of being and understanding the human body.
Reflexology seeks to stabilise the physical body and return it to a state of homeostasis

Ayurvedic Lifestyle & Nutrition
Ayurveda is a 5000 year old system of health and lifestyle advice. Simple solutions within lifestyle, habits, nutrition and exercise provide an holistic way of living. This ancient wisdom has timeless value.
Ayurvedic Massage is a beneficial treatment alongside any lifestyle advice.
Workshops & Workplace Wellbeing
Quarterly weekend retreats in Cheltenham to incorporate yoga, Ayurvedic living and sound healing.
One-off or regular all day events for your workplace.
These days are tailored to suit your space and needs and can include yoga, reflexology and head massage.
Online Yoga
Twice weekly online, group yoga classes - 7.30am Tuesday wake up yoga
7pm Wednesday wind down and restorative yoga.
